With a fully automatic pigging system from Influx, you only need to focus on producing your product, not when and how to run pigging.
The system is designed for modern companies running fully automated production who don’t want to depend on manual operator handling.
The system requires no manual operations as it runs completely automatically. The system consists of piping, a pig, pig detector, HMI screen with software, launching station and receiving station, plus various valves to control the pig.
It works by keeping the pig in place with a transverse cylinder during production. When production stops, the pig will be launched forward and seal the product pipe. The pig will then be sent forward using the desired driving medium. When the pig reaches its final destination, it will be returned and secured in its station again.
Influx fully automatic pigging system is designed with sanitary principles in mind. This means it can be used in systems requiring pipeline cleaning (CIP).
Software
Influx fully automatic pigging system has its own integrated control software with dedicated PLC and HMI screen. This means Influx delivers a complete package solution, custom-tailored to the customer’s needs.
Test Facility
In our workshop, we have a fully functional and tested automatic system where you can test your own product. We can set up the system to match your production facility.
