We always start by reviewing your production to identify optimization opportunities. Afterwards, we can, by agreement, prepare a report with suggestions for improvements, together with a budget estimate for the investments. Often, we end up with a different – and better – solution than the one that was initially on the drawing board. The goal is always clear: To make your production and work processes more efficient, economical, and environmentally friendly.

The Choice of Packaging Material is Crucial for Durability

The correct choice of packaging material is important when it comes to resistance to the product in the process plant. Gaskets that are in contact with food must comply with requirements from FKM and possibly FDA directives.

In some cases, it may be necessary to differentiate gasket materials in relation to raw materials and finished product, just as parts of the process plant with heat treatment may place special demands on gaskets. Finally, it is important to ensure that the gasket material is resistant to the cleaning fluids used for cleaning / CIP of the process plant.
